Outcome contract

An OutcomeContract carries required evidence tools, groups of which any one will do, required attachment suffixes, required effects, expected results and an artifact requirement. It is built from intake's expected results, the selected skills and the tool descriptors, and it is reduced to the tools the turn can actually call.

A contract from an earlier task is a hypothesis. When a requester retries, the host supplies the previous task's recorded calls, failures and effects separately from its assistant-written report, and the current intake's expected results replace the old interpretation when present.
